Marcigny, a small town nestling between the hills of Southern Burgundy, has been home to Emile Henry for the past 150 years. Faithful to its origins, the entire production is carried out here. Thanks to its clay, rich in refractory properties, Burgundy has remained a fertile area for potters, passing on their savoir-faire from generation to generation. Clay, a natural and noble material, has been used since the mists of the time to cook or preserve food. They are simple, attractive, and easy to clean. The sons and I like them too. Perfect for individual man size lasagna servings and such.

Perfect for two

On top of being beautiful, these lasagna bakers are perfect for couples. I know it says "individual lasagna bakers," but let's be honest - a 9"x5.5" lasagna is way too much for one person. But it's great for two, or three. And in keeping with the other Emile Henry products, cleanup is always super easy, even when it's really crusty.

Small But Very Handy

Beautifully made (and less expensive than a Le Creuset product), these individual lasagna pans have been useful for a lot more than just 'personal' lasagnas. They clean up easily, and look great on the table.
