The Porcelain Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven is hand-cast from molten iron in individual sand molds. The raw iron pieces is hand prepared before several layers of enamel are applied and baked in very high temperature ovens.

FancyCook Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven

I bought this Dutch Oven specifically for baking a specialty artisan loaf of bread. It has not been a disappointment. Every loaf has turned out perfectly and I have received many compliments.
