Chafing Dishes are well made, they arrived quickly, and looked beautiful on my buffet line. Do know that you'll need the sterno cans with the flat tops, in order to control the heat. Other than that, they worked perfectly, washed up great, and the food was hot and ready to go when my guests arrived.
